About this role

Scribe’s Growth team is expanding, bringing exciting new challenges and opportunities as we scale. With a rapidly growing user base of over 700,000 organizations, this is a chance to make a significant impact on both our company and our users. We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help drive this growth forward.

The Growth team drives many of our key company metrics and fosters a culture of rapid experimentation. As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various domains, including our exciting new initiative in enterprise lead generation.

The right engineer will be passionate about solving problems for the end user, designing elegant solutions, and working closely with designers, user advocates, and other engineers to shape the future of our product.

You will contribute to the design of our systems, help build our engineering culture and work with our PMs to increase the velocity of the BML (Build-Measure-Learn) cycle.

You could be a great fit if

• You have 5+ years of engineering experience
• You are comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript)
• You are a strong advocate for automated testing
• You have seen and are able to implement engineering best practices
• You are user-centric, empathetic, and passionate about your work
• You have been part of a growth team or department that focuses on rapid iterations and experimentation

Bonus

• Experience building lead generation pipelines
• Experience working in martech
• Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast!)

Compensation :

$140k - $250k + equity + benefits

Compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s level of experience and location.
