We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our DEX Platform group. This role is part of a core group building scalable high-impact services that power the ControlUp platform. You’ll work across the stack using modern technologies, collaborate with top-tier engineers, and solve complex challenges that directly impact the experience of millions of users.
You’ll take part in the full development lifecycle-from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support-while continuously growing your skills in a high-performing, AI-first engineering culture.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development
3+ years of experience with React, single-page applications, and modern frontend paradigms
2+ years of significant experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Strong knowledge of ECMAScript, HTML5, SCSS, and modern web build tools like Webpack and Babel
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
A keen eye for design and a practical approach to building intuitive UX/UI
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to learn and grow
BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field – an advantage
Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools – an advantage
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices – an advantage
Experience in developing Agentic AI Applications - an advantage
