We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, implement, and maintain partner-facing applications and internal tools that streamline operational workflows and improve overall efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions that directly impact the performance of broker APIs used by financial institutions globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, product managers, and engineers, to translate requirements into robust features. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Golang, TypeScript, and React, with attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build intuitive internal tools that optimize workflows and reduce manual effort for operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement impactful features.
• Participate in architectural discussions, driving decisions for robust, scalable systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize partner-facing applications and internal tools to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Own high-visibility projects from conception to deployment, ensuring delivery meets strategic objectives.
• Maintain code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in Golang, TypeScript, and React.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and RESTful API design and development.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder requirements into functional, scalable features.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with an appreciation for design and user experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with algorithmic trading systems or financial markets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Previous startup experience or remote work experience.
