Senior Full Stack Engineer | $85K-$105K USD + Bonus + Equity + Remote | Award Winning AI Marketing SaaS Company

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable systems and features across the stack. About 70% of your focus will be backend and 30% frontend. You will work hands-on across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, contributing directly to a platform that enables partner-driven growth at scale.

This role is for engineers who take ownership, think in systems, and enjoy shipping production-ready solutions in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable full-stack features using an API-driven architecture.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems with a focus on availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to plan and deliver high-impact projects.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on long-term scalability.
• Integrate AI into development workflows, including coding, testing, and monitoring.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices.
• Take ownership of features from design through production and ongoing optimization.

• 5-8+ years of experience building and operating production SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Must have experience with Angular and other modern front-end frameworks.
• Must have strong applied AI integration experience. 
• Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience shipping full-stack applications with high availability requirements.
• Experience with automated testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: exposure to message queues, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Strong technical judgment, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments.
