The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is excited by the intersection of software engineering and AI.

You will design, build and maintain high quality, high performing software while leveraging AI tools and agents to improve both speed and quality. You will also play an important role in shaping how we adopt AI across our engineering teams.

What You Will Be Doing

AI Native Engineering
• Build and deliver production ready features and improvements within your product stream
• Leverage AI agents as part of your development workflow
• Design scalable, secure and high performing systems
• Apply best practices including test driven development, documentation, peer reviews and performance optimisation
• Review AI generated code to ensure alignment with architecture, security and quality standards
• Explore and document different approaches to complex problems and validate solutions through prototypes

Collaboration and Impact
• Partner with Product, Design and Delivery teams to deliver strong outcomes
• Contribute to technical direction and architectural decisions
• Communicate progress, risks and trade offs clearly and early
• Share your work through demos, showcases or knowledge sharing
• Support adoption of new technologies and AI practices across the team

What You Will Bring

Skills and Experience
• Strong experience in software engineering within a SaaS or product led environment
• Experience with Laravel or PHP, React or TypeScript or similar frameworks
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, Postgres or SQL Server
• Familiarity with Docker and Git
• Experience working in Agile environments with end to end ownership
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI driven development workflows
• Ability to contribute to technical decision making and architecture
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
