About the Role

At Mikrogrup, we are looking for a new team member to join our Paraşüt team as "Senior Full Stack Developer" a person who believes in the power of togetherness, takes courageous steps, and embraces their work with passion while leading boldly! In this role you will split your time between administrative tasks and development projects. Collaborate with a technical lead while working independently to deliver customized Salesforce solutions for the Sales/ Service team. #mikrogrupisbetterwithyou

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field

• 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack or backend developer

• Strong understanding of web technologies, software design principles, and data structures

• Hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language or framework

• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Ruby on Rails is a plus

• Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code

• Proficiency with Git, RESTful APIs, and modern development workflows

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn and adapt
