Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN) (70% FE / 30% BE)

Hey! I’m Sasha, the Tech Lead at Lemon.io, where cool engineers and awesome startups find their perfect match. Our dev team, a bunch of talented folks (1 Full-stack dev (mostly FE), 2 BE devs, 2 QA rockstars, and a UI/UX wizard), is on the lookout for a new buddy to join us. We’re cooking up some magic for our in-house CRM, and we need you to make it happen!

Must have:

• 4+ years of experience with React and Next.js,
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js,
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript,
• experience with MongoDB
• experience with MUI or similar component libraries,
• experience with React Query for API integration,
• strong grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility,
• flexibility, responsibility, and problem-solving skills,
• a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems beyond assigned tasks

Will be a huge plus:

• experience with Inversify or Nest.js,
• experience with Angular,
• experience with GraphQL.
• practical experience using LLM-based tools in daily development workflow,
• background in building or maintaining design systems,
• knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• develop company’s products — at first, an in-house CRM,
• collaborate with other developers and teams to create our main product — the marketplace of vetted developers,
• actively participate in task discussions by proposing solutions, alternatives, and technical improvements,
• contribute to R&D efforts by exploring and suggesting tools, libraries, or approaches that improve development efficiency and product quality,
• code review of other team members.
