We are looking to hire an experienced Logistics professional to join our Amsterdam office. You will co-lead the NL hub’s fulfilment engine with two other Senior Fulfilment Executives. You’ll own the break-bulk of consolidated imports from India and orchestrate last-mile shipments worldwide. This is a hands-on role with ownership of accuracy, speed, and security while guiding junior team members and scaling new workflows (e.g., Express, Jewelry and Melee).

What you'll do
Co-lead inbound & break-bulk: Reconcile manifests, verify counts/condition, and stage orders for pick/pack.
Run fulfilment & dispatch: Pick/pack, labelling, courier bookings, cut-offs; track scans and resolve delays end-to-end.
Communicate proactively: Update CS, Supplier Support, and regional teams on status, risks, and recoveries.
Co-own special streams: Assist/own Express, Jewellery/Melee orders, and future NL workflows with clear SOPs.
Improve & organise: Drive process improvements and support the day-to-day organisation of the hub.
Support hub lead: Help with SOPs and secure handling; pitch in on simple daily tasks to keep flow unblocked.
Tools: Slack (channels/threads, huddles, escalations) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Slides).
What you'll need
Must have 2 - 5 years of logistics experience from any industry, luxury goods experience is beneficial
Must have experience stock control of high value products.
Familiarity with courier services such as FedEx, UPS, Brinks and experience using tracking systems is beneficial
Attention to detail is a must
Honesty, professionalism and integrity are essential
