AI overview

Drive food safety and quality compliance for local ingredient sourcing while ensuring robust standards and consistent product quality for HelloFresh customers.

The Role (What’s in the Box)

Are you passionate about building food safety standards and driving product quality? We are looking for someone with strong technical experience to drive food safety and quality compliance, supporting the Nordics market while contributing to food safety excellence across HelloFresh internationally.

Our Food Safety & Quality Assurance team is recruiting an experienced and highly driven FSQA Manager, based in the Nordics (Copenhagen office), to support our growing local ingredient sourcing strategy while also contributing to our international protein FSQA agenda.

This role has a clear Nordics focus, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to acting as the FSQA Point of Contact (POC) for the Nordic Local Sourcing Team. In this capacity, you will be the key bridge between the Nordic product/sourcing teams and the International FSQA organization, enabling safe and fast innovation through the New Ingredient process.

The remaining 50% of the role will focus on international PTN FSQA topics, including supplier approval, audits, performance management, and continuous improvement across our broader supplier base.

You will work closely with Nordic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and DC teams, while also collaborating with FSQA colleagues and stakeholders across Europe. The role combines hands-on supplier engagement with strategic FSQA projects, ensuring robust food safety standards and consistent product quality for our customers.
Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. There are many different ways of developing skills, and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.
