We are looking for a FrontEnd Software Engineer with strong React experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable front-end solutions for a variety of digital products. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performant user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React and Next.js.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces following modern front-end best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into accessible and high-quality code.
- Work with component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Implement and maintain CSS-in-JS solutions for styling and theming.
- Create, document, and test UI components using Storybook.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.
Must-have Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

8+ years of experience as React Developer.
- Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Experience working with CSS-in-JS solutions.
- Familiarity with component libraries and/or design systems.
- Experience using Storybook for component development and documentation.
- Solid understanding and practical experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.

English level: Advanced / Fluent (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
Nice-to-have:

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience with performance optimization and front-end testing frameworks.
- Exposure to backend technologies or APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Experience working in product-driven or multi-product environments.
