Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using Next.js.
- Act as a key contributor and mentor within the team - support junior colleagues, provide constructive feedback, and take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Ensure high-quality, performant, and maintainable code aligned with best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures (arrays, lists, maps/dictionaries), algorithmic thinking, and basic complexity analysis.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with browser developer tools, debugging techniques, and DOM manipulation.
- Proven experience with React and Next.js frameworks.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and openness to both giving and receiving feedback.
- Curiosity and a passion for learning, with a continuous drive for professional growth.
