Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/x) for tax advisor service

Your Mission
You are a passionate Frontend Developer (m/f/x) working in the latest web-technologies (e.g. React & React Query, automated testing in Playwright, RTL and Jest) to give our web applications a wonderful and coherent user experience. You create new features and continuously improve the performance and user-friendliness of our software.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

• You implement a beautiful and accessible user experience in React/Typescript in collaboration with your team to build the best accounting product for tax advisors in Germany.

• You maintain and improve existing features and systems with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

• You will actively engage in mentoring and coaching our developers to improve their engineering skills. You will share your expertise, foster a collaborative learning environment and take the opportunity to learn from the experts in accounting, product, design and engineering.

Your Qualification:

• Technical Expertise

  • You have strong hand-on experience with TypeScript and React (5+ years)

  • Solid front-end development skills and an understanding of back-end technologies

  • You have sound experience in frontend frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular

• Communication & Collaboration

  • Able to collaborate effectively across Product, Design, and Engineering teams

  • Ability to mentor team members and contribute to the learning culture within the company

  • You speak fluent English and German and have a residence in Germany

Nice to have:

• Experience with micro front-ends

• Experience working in a full-stack environment, contributing occasionally to back-end services (Kotlin experience is a plus) and infrastructure development
