AI overview

Contribute to the evolution of user-facing products that enhance AI-powered customer support, focusing on frontend craftsmanship and collaboration with ML engineers and designers.
In the Conversational Experience, we build tools that make Customer Support agents focus on what's most important — helping customers. We utilize LLM engines to transform Text into a one-stop platform for customer service. We work closely with users, gather feedback, and define measurable goals to ensure our product is in demand. As a Senior Frontend Engineer on our team, you’ll play a key role in building user-facing products that align with Text’s broader vision and strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with ML Engineers, Product Designers, and other frontend developers to deliver exceptional Copilot experiences within Text App. The Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing We’re looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer (Senior) who’s comfortable building things from the ground up and can contribute to product evolution through strong technical and product intuition. You’ll help us refine how AI surfaces in the agent experience — but your primary focus will be on our products’ frontend craftsmanship and interface quality. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design and develop rich, intuitive frontend experiences that enhance how support agents interact with AI-powered tools.
  • Partner with Machine Learning engineers to build user-friendly, LLM-driven features — integrating AI outputs seamlessly into the UI.
  • Work on the Copilot experience within Text App, focusing on usability, clarity, and reliability.
  • Maintain and evolve the architecture of our frontend systems, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with other engineers (including architecture-focused peers) to ensure business continuity and smooth handovers.
  • Participate in product planning and help translate user data and feedback into actionable improvements.
  • What We’re Looking for in You
  • Product-driven mindset — You care deeply about user impact and enjoy influencing how the product evolves.
  • Frontend mastery — Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling. Familiarity with Node.js and Docker is a plus.
  • Strong UI craftsmanship — You can translate product ideas into elegant, performant, and maintainable interfaces.
  • Solid collaboration skills — You thrive in cross-functional setups, working closely with Product, Design, and ML teams.
  • Understanding of AI concepts — Awareness of how LLM systems work (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and how to debug or integrate them into frontend workflows.
  • Proactive & independent — You take ownership, drive outcomes, and know when to sync with others.
  • SaaS experience — You’ve built or scaled customer-facing SaaS products and understand the importance of performance, accessibility, and quality.
  • Data-informed thinking — You use data and metrics to guide prioritization and validate decisions.
  • Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Meaningful impact — You’ll directly influence how AI supports thousands of customer support agents.
  • Collaborative culture — You’ll work with experienced engineers, designers, and AI experts in a supportive, fast-moving team.
  • Modern tech stack & ownership — You’ll have autonomy to make architectural and product-impacting decisions.
  • Dynamic environment — We move fast, iterate often, and celebrate progress.
  • Room to grow — You’ll shape product direction and mentor others as we scale.
  • The company has offices in Wrocław, Poland and Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
