About The Role and Team

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our ECOM Team.

The ECOM Team is the heartbeat of Tylko’s online store. The place where design meets conversion, and code meets customers.

We make sure every pixel, animation, and interaction feels effortless. From browsing products to configuring furniture and checking out.

Our stack? Vue 3, Nuxt 3, TypeScript, and a sprinkle of Node.js magic. We’re obsessed with the performance, Core Web Vitals, and clean architecture. If something’s slowing users down, we hunt it, fix it, and ship improvements faster than you can say “CLS”.

We work closely with design, data, and backend teams to make sure that what we ship doesn’t just look good - it performs, scales, and sells. Work here isn’t about closing jira tasks - it’s about co-creating our business.

Once you join our team, you will:

• Lead the development of key modules of our e-commerce platform (checkout, configuration, CMS frontend).

• Build fast, reliable, and elegant frontends that keep up with our growing user base.

• Take ownership of performance and architecture decisions across our Vue/Nuxt codebase.

• Review code, mentor teammates, and set the bar high for code quality.

• Collaborate with designers and UXers to make every interaction feel right.

• Work hand in hand with backend, data, and QA engineers to deliver seamless experiences end-to-end.

• Keep a watchful eye on Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and DX — because every millisecond and every detail matters.

• Work with server-side rendering and caching strategies to keep our storefront lightning-fast and SEO-friendly.

• Introduce and document improvements that make our developer experience smoother

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 22.000 - 25.500 PLN on a B2B contract.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial frontend experience

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Vue 3, and Nuxt (React/Next welcome too)

• Hands-on experience with SSR and static site generation (Nuxt or similar frameworks)

• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and modern component design principles

• Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance profiling

• Experience building and optimizing high-traffic SPAs (performance, SEO, accessibility)

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and debugging tools (Sentry, Datadog, or similar)

• Great communication in Polish and English

• Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week — because some things are just better face-to-face

We’ll be extra impressed if you have:

• A passion for UI polish, animations, and smooth microinteractions

• Interest in DX, developer tooling, or automation

• An opinion on whether tabs or spaces are objectively superior (and arguments to back it up)
