Senior Frontend Developer

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you'll be the architect of our user experience! You'll translate designs into beautiful, functional web applications and user interfaces. Collaborating closely with designers and back-end engineers, you'll ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Translate design mockups and prototypes into high-quality, responsive web application interfaces.
• Develop and implement new features using modern front-end frameworks and best practices.
• Ensure code maintainability, readability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into a seamless user experience.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and services.
• Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end technologies and trends.
• Contribute to the development process within an Agile methodology.
• Consider security best practices throughout the development process.
• Design and develop user interfaces for features like user accounts, subscriptions, and billing.

• Proven experience building and deploying web applications and SaaS products.
• Mastery of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a focus on modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js preferred).
• In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for responsive design.
• Experience with web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data fetching techniques.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Gulp) and version control systems (Git).
• English is desirable, however is not mandatory.

Compensation: CAD $2,000 - $3,500
