Primary Responsibilities Include:

 

·                Fulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times:  handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check-outs 

·                Create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards 

·                Coordinate guests services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service 

·                Anticipate Guests’ needs and handle Guests’ complaints 

·                Cross sell hotel services and venues 

·                Handle reservation inquiries and relative requests  

·                Support the team with Concierge emails, PBX, chat 

·                Consistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management’ goals ensuring all guest’ satisfaction  

Requirements

What You Bring:

 

·       Excellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers/ colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience.

·       Detail and guest care oriented

·       Fluent in English and Italian 

·       Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner 

·       At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels

·       Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards 

·       Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required
