About the job

As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, your key responsibilities are:

  • Develop components for our app that enable payments for tens of thousands of merchants and millions of consumers.
  • Write maintainable code that meets the security and performance standards expected of a regulated company processing billions of euros.
  • Deliver reliable code by writing comprehensive tests, from unit to end-to-end, to guarantee robustness and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to challenge and refine solutions, ensuring the right balance between usability, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.
  • Investigate and resolve run issues, delivering sustainable fixes to maintain a seamless user experience.

Our technical stack includes:

  • Frontend: React, Typescript, Redux, Jest, React Testing Library.
  • Backend: Python, Docker, React, GCP, Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, PubSub, Datadog.

What makes you the perfect fit for the role?

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in frontend development, preferably with React/Typescript.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Passion writing properly tested code following clean code principles.
  • Experience working on payment or finance solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both within a cross-functional team and between teams.
  • Ability to influence how businesses and products are developed.
  • Fluent in French and good level of English (at least B2 Independent User)
