Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable frontend architectures using React.js and TypeScript.
Build and maintain enterprise SaaS products and internal business systems, such as CRM platforms and operational management tools.
Design complex frontend systems supporting multi-role platforms, permission models, and workflow-driven applications.
Develop AI-powered product features, including AI Agents, AI copilots, conversational interfaces, and intelligent workflow automation.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLM-powered capabilities, such as natural language interfaces, intelligent search, and automated data insights.
Design AI-assisted workflows that enable users to complete tasks faster and automate repetitive processes.
Continuously improve frontend performance and scalability using techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and virtualization.
Contribute to frontend engineering standards, reusable component libraries, and design systems.
Requirements
5+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in React.js.
Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend architecture.
Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience building scalable and maintainable applications.
Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and React Hooks.
Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or internal operational tools.
Experience integrating AI-powered features or LLM capabilities, such as AI copilots, intelligent assistants, or automated workflows.
Familiarity with complex business systems, including permission systems, approval processes, and multi-role platforms.
Hands-on experience with frontend performance optimization.
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, or similar.
Strong sense of code quality, maintainability, and system design.
Nice to have
Experience building AI Agents or AI copilots in enterprise applications.
Experience designing AI-assisted operational systems or intelligent workflows.
Familiarity with LLM-powered product patterns, such as conversational interfaces or intelligent search systems.
Experience working on large-scale SaaS platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
