Senior Front-End Engineer

About The Job

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape the user experience at Goodwin. You’ll join a team of talented engineers to craft thoughtful, responsive interfaces that turn complex aviation and fintech workflows into products that feel effortless. This role is all about building with care, precision, and purpose. You’ll work closely with with design and backend to build interfaces that feel polished, purposeful, and distinctly modern, shaping a product that brokers operators rely on every day.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship frontend features that define how Goodwin looks, feels, and performs
• Translate dense workflows into clean, intuitive user journeys
• Collaborate across design, backend, and AI to deliver smooth, high-impact releases
• Raise the bar on performance, accessibility, and visual polish
• Help define our design system and visual identity
• Keep our team sharp by bringing modern frontend patterns and ideas to the table

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in a front-end development role
• Strong proficiency in React (including React 18), HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience with Node.js, Next.js, server-side rendering, and SEO best practices
• Skilled in responsive design and mobile-first development
• Bonus: Experience in fintech or AI-powered apps
• Willingness to complete a coding assessment as part of the interview process
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
