Your key responsibilities as a Senior FP&A Manager will includes:
- Leading the Group’s annual budgeting, multi‑year planning, and rolling forecasting processes in alignment with strategic and private equity requirements
- Delivering high‑quality management reporting, financial insights, and performance analysis to senior leaders, the board, and investors
- Partnering with commercial and operational leaders to challenge assumptions, improve performance, and support data‑driven decision‑making
- Supporting M&A activity through financial modelling, investment case analysis, and post‑acquisition performance tracking
- Driving the transformation of FP&A processes through improved tooling, automation, and driver‑based planning approaches
- Developing, coaching, and inspiring a team of FP&A professionals within a collaborative, high‑performance environment
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior FP&A Manager:
- You have significant FP&A leadership experience within a complex, multi‑entity or group environment - ideally within financial services, fintech, data, or SaaS businesses
- You bring a strong track record of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and senior stakeholder business partnering
- You have supported M&A activity, including acquisition modelling and post‑deal financial integration
- Proven ability to drive change: redesigning processes, implementing new tools, and building scalable financial infrastructure
- You demonstrate advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insight
- You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with post‑qualification experience in FP&A or strategic finance
