Senior FP&A Analyst - Pune

Join our Fractional CFO team supporting U.S.-based startups and growth-stage companies in SaaS, fintech, and tech-enabled sectors. This role combines financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic advisory to help clients make smarter, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze cash flow and SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).
• Deliver monthly reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• Partner with founders and CFOs to drive strategic financial decisions.
• Support automation and system integration (QuickBooks, Power BI, etc.).
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• 2–3 years in FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or advisory.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling and analytical skills.
• Exposure to U.S. startups or SaaS models preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
