Role summary:

As a member of the New York FP&A team, the Senior FP&A Analyst will be exposed to all aspects of finance and corporate strategy, including strategic planning, real-time forecasting, investor relations, corporate development, and capital markets, and interact with various areas across the company including Business Intelligence, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, R&D and Operations.

The Senior FP&A Analyst is specifically responsible for supporting the CFO and CEO offices with top-line analysis and long-range planning. You will be part of a small, high-profile team responsible for modeling, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting our key operating and financial metrics. Given the seat’s responsibility for having a pulse on firmwide performance, you will ultimately become a prominent subject-matter expert within the organization, often consulted by senior leadership for insights into the latest performance trends and advice on key strategic decisions. The person in this role will succeed by leveraging and developing a combination of skills, including thoughtful financial analysis, high-quality presentation creation, C-Suite communication, strong attention to detail, successful time-management while multi-tasking, team development, and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze company performance across global revenue, costs, and growth trends to identify key business drivers
  • Own the delivery and continuous improvement of C-Suite reporting packages
  • Support Investor Relations and Financial Reporting in preparing quarterly earnings materials
  • Develop analytical frameworks to explain business performance, budget variances, and emerging trends
  • Lead the creation of executive, Board of Directors, and investor presentations
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analysis
  • Partner with the Data team to streamline, automate, and scale key reporting and planning processes
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or related analytical field
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into actionable insights
  • Meticulous attention to detail – you catch what others miss and consistently deliver high-quality, error-free work
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance analysis
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business narratives for stakeholders
  • Degree from a top-tier university with a superior academic record and global perspective

Not a must, but a great advantage:

  • Interest in entrepreneurial environments and knowledge of the payments/FinTech space
  • Experience in SQL, BigQuery, Power BI

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave.  This role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $110,000.
