What you’ll do 

• You support the global monthly reporting, shared with senior management and board members 
• Prepare regular KPI dashboards, presentations and run ad-hoc analyses for business owners and partners generating superior insights to help steering the organisation 
• Support the FP&A team with forecasting, budgeting and further analysis  
• Connect with business partners across the organisation to collate and validate data 
• Optimize and standardize analysis, planning and reporting to support the business owners, business partners and other stakeholders like the CFO  
• Be the key contact regarding financial reporting systems and drive further improvements 

What you should bring  

• Several years of experience in FP&A/Controlling, preferably within in a highly professional, fast-paced and international environment 
• Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge particularly MS Excel and ideally financial planning software such as OneStream 
• High affinity for data to generate superior insights driving the business and with proficiency in PowerQuery for data extraction and transformation and experience with PowerPivot for data modelling 
• Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and impeccable quality of analyses 
• High level of commitment and trustworthiness 
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, fostering joint problem-solving within and across teams as well as with senior management  
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
