We’re looking for a high-performing Senior FP&A Analyst to join Fleetio’s Finance & Strategy team. This role will play a critical part in scaling our reporting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities as we continue to grow.

The ideal candidate for this role will work closely with leaders across the business to drive insights, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making. Your impact

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain driver-based financial models that connect operational performance to financial outcomes.
  • Partner with department leaders to manage spend, track performance, and provide insight into key trends.

Reporting & Insights

  • Own preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analyses and executive dashboards.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to the VP of Finance & Strategy and senior leadership.
  • Help design and automate reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy.

Data & Systems

  • Collaborate with Accounting, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Heap).
  • Streamline data workflows, automate recurring analyses by leveraging existing and/or new systems, and enhance our financial tech stack.

Strategic Analysis

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives like GTM efficiency, pricing, ROI of investments, and operating leverage.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including new product launches, pricing changes, and capital allocation.

Your experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling (bonus if you’ve used tools like Metabase, Mosaic, or Cube).
  • Comfortable working with data: strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into insight.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys partnering across functions.
