Senior Fire Protection Engineer
TLDR
Lead fire safety strategies and execution in the energy-from-waste sector, with active involvement in engineering and supplier management.
You'll be responsible for fire safety strategy&execution and management of fire protection&detection - scope in energy from waste.
- Coordination and preparation of conceptual&basic engineering, considering internal and external interfaces
- Responsible for supplier selection, purchase order, and expediting during detail engineering
- Active collaboration with layout engineering, and other engineering disciplines
- Providing support during construction phase
- Engineer/technical specialist with more than 5 years of similar experience in industrial projects
- Experience with NFPA code
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems
- Good knowledge of English
