  • Local Financial Planning & Analysis ownership: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks in alignment with group guidelines.

  • Tax & statutory support: Coordinate with external advisors on VAT and statutory filings in Croatia
  • Tooling & data: build self-service reports and automate repetitive tasks
  • Business partnering: Advise Sales, Delivery, and Operations leaders; translate financials into clear business decisions.
  • Continuous improvement: Standardize processes, document procedures, and contribute to finance transformation projects 
  • 8+ years in Finance/Controlling roles, ideally in IT environments.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance.
  • Strong command of management reporting, project controlling, and revenue recognition for services (recurring & project-based).
  • Basic understanding of public-sector procurement
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting policies
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot); experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Proven ability to own month-end and deliver on tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Good communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent Croatian and English (written & spoken).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in multi-entity and cross border settings (intercompany, transfer pricing).
  • Familiarity with managed services metrics: MRR/ARR
