Position : Senior Financial Planning & Analyst (Capex Finance)

What will you do?

• Own and manage the capital expenditure budget, ensuring alignment with financial capacity and strategic goals
• Monitor and control project costs, recommending solutions to avoid cost overruns
• Evaluate investment opportunities using financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and payback period
• Conduct cost-benefit and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making
• Support the annual Capex investment planning process across business units
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including PO and accrual reviews
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior management in a clear, impactful manner
• Collaborate with Project Managers, HQ FP&A, and fulfillment center finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting
• Present and explain financial analysis, recommendations, and complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Contribute to quarterly investment reviews and help shape Capex strategy

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in analytical and forecasting functions with a focus on Capex and depreciation.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel
• Experience working with large datasets and automating reports (SQL, Python a plus)
• Effective communication skills to present analysis to stakeholders
• Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and drive for continuous improvement
• Solid financial modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in English reading and writing, with intermediate or higher speaking skills
• Experience using SAP (FI/CO)
• Experience working in a matrix organization or global environment
• Accounting-related certifications
• Experience using SQL or Python
