You’ll be the backbone of our company, working with different teams and departments to solve complex challenges. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.
Your day-to-day:
Preparation and review of the Group consolidation, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
Lead the preparation of subsidiaries annual financial statements across all entities.
End-to-end management of the annual audit process, managing the relationship with external auditors and other advisors.
Provide support for month-end and year-end closing, including intricate IFRS calculations and analysis.
Ensure quality control of financial transactions and group-level reporting.
Institute, oversee, and enforce internal controls pertaining to financial data.
Support the implementation and optimization of internal and external finance tools.
Bachelor’s degree in finance.
3+ years of experience in finance, audit or accounting, with a focus on IFRS reporting and consolidation;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., PowerBI, ERPs).
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience applying these standards in complex accounting situations.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have requirements:
ACCA or equivalent certification (or in progress) would be a plus.
Experience in a SaaS or technology company and/or BIG4 firm would be an advantage.
Knowledge of SQL or experience with big-data analytics tools would also be an advantage.
Salary:
Gross salary: 4000-5500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
