We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to forecast revenues and expenditures and advise us on future budgeting. For this role, you should hold a degree in Finance or Accounting followed by relevant work experience. Knowledge of forecasting models and cost accounting processes are key requirements for this position. Ultimately, you will ensure our financial planning is healthy and profitable and aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Collect, analyze, and classify cash flow data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency business and provide strategic management insights.
• Forecast revenue and expenditure trends to support long-term planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in 3-statement modeling (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).
• Utilize Power BI to create dynamic financial dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Management Reporting or FP&A.
• General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in 3-statement modeling.
• Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
