Let’s run there.    Your Job:   The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth. In the initial phase, this role will focus on supporting the setup and stabilization of core finance operations, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable processes and systems, while gaining a deep understanding of the cost structure and operational drivers of the business. As the finance function matures, the role will progressively expand into FP&A ownership, supporting business planning and performance management activities across the organization. The role will also contribute to special projects, acting as a thought partner to translate financial data into insights that inform resource allocation, efficiency initiatives, and long-term growth decisions. Your Responsibilities:
  • Own the administration and management of Medius, our Accounts Payable system, for APAC including management of master data and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, training, and continuous improvement of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) policies and procedures, including Accounts Payable and employee travel & expense (T&E) processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the 3-way match process, including validation of approved PO/SOW, goods or service confirmation, invoice accuracy, and adherence to contract terms and payment approval matrices.  Identify and remediate any issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of any flagged items. 
  • Implement initial Accounts Payable (AP) set-up for  APAC; manage ongoing Accounts Payable operations by  partnering with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Own employee travel and expense administration through Concur, including expense report review, policy compliance checks, and assist with reimbursement processing.
  • Progressively take on FP&A responsibilities, including budgeting support, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports.
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to analyze cost drivers, performance trends, and financial impacts, translating operational data into actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly performance analysis and ad-hoc financial studies, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and drivers for management decision-making.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives, contributing financial analysis and insights to improve operational efficiency and support sustainable business growth.
  • Contribute to finance process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to support a fast-growing and evolving organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Director on improving forecasting accuracy, reporting standards, data visualization, and the quality of insights provided to business leadership.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with solid exposure to Accounts Payable and FP&A responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Accounts Payable, and employee expense reimbursement. Experience with Medius, Concur, and Infor M3 is a plus.
  • Big Four or professional services background is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multinational, fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, anticipate issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Exposure to retail or consumer goods industries is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong execution capability, and a proactive, self-driven working style.
  • Strong teammate, successful collaborator, ability to influence, motivate and mentor others.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture. Able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy or initiatives into financial models and/or in-depth analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to complete detailed analyses while understanding end to end process flow and impact
