As an EBANX SR Finance Transformation Analyst your mission will be to drive automation and integrate AI-powered solutions to optimize finance processes, enhance data accuracy, and streamline decision-making. You will be instrumental in building a data-first approach that leverages advanced analytics, automates routine tasks, and elevates the strategic impact of the Finance function.

• Drive strategic transformation by executing high-impact initiatives in automation and AI to optimize key finance processes;
• Integrate AI-powered solutions to enhance data accuracy, streamline decision-making, and generate value for the business;
• Work in synergy with business areas, Data, and IT teams to enhance results and avoid overlapping initiatives;
• Translate complex business challenges into technical specifications and perform exploratory analysis to find answers;
• Experience with a wide stack tools and knowledge in databases and SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze financial data;
• Act with autonomy to design and develop innovative business solutions, conducting research and POCs for new tools;
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, influencing the adoption of a data-driven culture;
• Demonstrate adaptability and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
• A passion for sharing knowledge through training sessions, helping business areas to develop autonomy using technical tools;
• Proactiveness in identifying business needs and opportunities;
• Communication (it would be great English advanced).

• Familiarity with statistical and/or AI models;
• Track record using analytical skills and problem solving skills to influence teams;
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Autonomy to design and develop business solutions within security, architecture, and compliance guidelines.
