Senior Finance Process Automation Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Automation Analyst to design and deploy intelligent automation solutions within the Finance function. This role focuses on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agentic AI architectures, and end-to-end project delivery using platforms such as UiPath and modern AI frameworks (e.g., LLM orchestration, autonomous agents, decision engines).

The ideal candidate combines strong finance process knowledge with hands-on RPA development experience and practical exposure to AI-driven automation. You will play a key role in transforming financial operations by building scalable, secure, and high-impact automation solutions in close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Data teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath) to automate core finance processes across R2R and P2P cycles.
  
  
• Build and enhance AI-driven automation use cases (e.g., intelligent agents, decision support tools) to improve finance operations.
  
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bots to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  
  

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and translate them into automation opportunities.
  
  
• Map, analyze, and redesign processes to enable standardization and automation-first ways of working.
  
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and reducing manual effort across finance workflows.
  
  

• Own end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation optimization.
  
  
• Manage stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Data, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  
  
• Track and report on key success metrics (e.g., ROI, efficiency gains, process accuracy).
  
  

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, automation, or process improvement roles.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath or similar), including development, deployment, and maintenance of bots.
  
  
• Solid understanding of finance processes (e.g., R2R, AP, reconciliations, reporting) and their automation potential.
  
  
• Basic to practical knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and their application in business or finance environments.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions in a cross-functional environment.
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  
  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
