KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (CFO-Track) who will oversee complex, multi-jurisdiction finance operations while also supporting executive-level financial strategy. This role combines senior financial management responsibilities with CFO-type functions, covering tax optimization, treasury, corporate structure, financial planning, investor communication, and fundraising activities.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, experience across multiple jurisdictions, deep knowledge of US tax/accounting/legal standards, and the ability to manage external vendors, negotiations, and high-level financial strategy.
Lead tax optimization efforts, including inter-company transfer pricing and contracts.
Oversee audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage treasury and currency-related activities.
Handle bank account management across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage corporate structure activities, including entity consolidation.
Oversee pricing and revenue initiatives, including contract negotiations with key partners.
Lead finance vendor management and optimization efforts.
Manage US agency licensing processes.
Oversee and manage all responsibilities currently handled by internal finance personnel.
Take ownership of all finance-related tasks across leadership and internal teams.
Ensure finance and HR compliance, including state filings, corporate registrations, and required reporting.
Develop and maintain cashflow modeling and long-term financial planning.
Lead business planning in alignment with executive strategy.
Handle investor communications and updates.
Drive funding strategy and oversee fundraising processes, including engagement with VCs and PE firms.
Set up and manage data rooms for diligence processes.
Provide corporate advisory support to leadership.
Lead M&A-related activities when needed.
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
Proven ability to manage projects and deadlines.
Strong external vendor management experience.
Demonstrated team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of US tax, legal, and accounting practices.
Highly organized and capable of independently understanding and delivering tasks.
Experience taking a company through Series A, B, or C funding.
Track record of raising $20M–$40M in funding.
Network of US-based VCs or PE firms (ideally relevant to the business domain).
Ability to access corporate advisors when needed.
Strong modeling and business planning experience.
Able to act as a thought partner to the CEO/COO.
