Your mission
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
- Support resources dispatched onsite during commissioning and on site services.
- Support the Project Managers during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
- Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities for PV & BESS.
- Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
- Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
- Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
- Support resources dispatched onsite (Field Service Engineers and Service Partners) during commissioning and on site & reworks services
- Participate in the claim management process
- Taking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process
- Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.
Your profile
- Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. (understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, & Battery Energy Storage Systems)
- Bulgarian & English language skills at least on C1.
- Experience with Battery Storage solutions is mandatory.
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
- Driving license is required for the job.
- H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training.
- Willing to work on call duty AND to travel on-site(70%).
- Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
- Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
