The opportunity 

The Field Marketing team at Quantexa plays a critical role in driving regional demand, building brand presence, and enabling our go-to-market teams to succeed in key markets. As a bridge between sales, solutions, and partner teams, field marketing is at the heart of how we bring Quantexa’s value to life in-region—through strategic programs, tailored campaigns, and high-impact events that generate awareness, build trust, and drive pipeline. 

We are currently looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager for Public Sector to join our EMEA team. In this role, you’ll be an integral member of a cross-functional team focused on growing Quantexa’s presence with public sector agencies across EMEA. You’ll design and execute targeted regional marketing strategies, create and localise content and messaging for this audience, and work closely with sales and solutions teams to align marketing activity with business goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a marketer who knows how to drive results through close field collaboration, thoughtful planning, and flawless execution. 

What you’ll be doing. 

As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to the in-region team—consisting of sales, solutions, partner SMEs, and marketing stakeholders—to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence solutions. 

Strategic Planning & Leadership 

  • Own the integrated field marketing plan for your region, including the strategy, execution, and measurement of demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and awareness-building activities. 
  • Lead territory planning sessions with regional sales leadership to align marketing activities with priority segments, territories, and accounts. 
  • Secure and manage marketing budgets, tracking performance, ROI, and adjusting tactics quarterly as part of the business review process. 

Campaign Development & Execution 

  • Partner with the industry marketing to tailor overarching messaging and positioning for your region—ensuring it resonates with the specific agencies you’re targeting by framing mission-driven challenges Quantexa helps solve. 
  • Localize and activate central campaigns—such as paid media, webinars, and content programs—by adapting messaging, assets, and tactics for maximum relevance and impact within your regional market, in close collaboration with the industry marketing team. 

Sales Alignment & Enablement 

  • Act as a trusted partner to sales by maintaining close communication, providing timely updates, and tailoring marketing materials for account-specific use. 
  • Deliver ongoing go-to-market enablement, including campaign briefings, competitive insights, and toolkits to support every stage of the buyer journey. 
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans for strategic accounts in partnership with sales teams. 
  • Partner with BDRs to ensure they are meeting regularly with their sales directors and collaborating on strategic account plans to align outreach with broader sales priorities. 

Events & Experiences 

  • Own the strategy and execution of regional events, including conferences, roundtables, partner-led forums, and executive dinners—ensuring each aligns with pipeline and awareness goals. 
  • Maximize event impact through strong pre-, during-, and post-event engagement plans that generate qualified leads and move opportunities forward. 
  • Collaborate with BDRs to set pre- and post-event meetings, ensuring they connect with sales to deliver the right targets the right message. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships 

  • Manage key industry relationships, including associations, strategic partners, and channel alliances, ensuring they are enabled to amplify Quantexa’s message. 
  • Co-develop and run joint partner marketing programs, such as co-branded events, content syndication, or webinar series. 
  • Gather and share field insights with marketing, product, and executive teams to influence messaging, roadmap priorities, thought leadership, and public affairs strategy. 

Content & Advocacy 

  • Identify regional content gaps and collaborate with content creators to develop assets that better serve your audience. 
  • Support customer marketing efforts by identifying advocacy opportunities like testimonials, case studies, and speaking engagements. 

Optimisation & Reporting 

  • Track performance metrics across programs and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, channel mix, and pipeline impact. 
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly updates highlighting key insights, outcomes, and recommendations to regional stakeholders. 

Requirements

What you’ll bring.  

  • Strong experience in public sector-focused marketing within technology organizations, collaborating with or leading multi-disciplinary go-to-market teams.
  • Comfortable working with corporate communications, product marketing, strategy, and competitive intelligence teams.
  • Skilled in developing tailored messaging, positioning, and assets for public sector audiences.
  • Experienced in planning and executing industry events to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and high-touch experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise activities, manage budgets, and track performance effectively.
  • Proven capability to deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines while building scalable, measurable marketing programs and best practices.
