Senior Field Marketer

Marketing at TRACTIAN   TRACTIAN’s Marketing team integrates Growth, Branding, and Product Marketing to craft a seamless, end-to-end experience for our technical audience. In close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, we ensure that our messaging and visuals reinforce every stage of the customer journey—from initial awareness to deep engagement and lasting value. Committed to excellence, we create clear, compelling, and visually striking materials that showcase TRACTIAN’s technical expertise and transformative solutions.   What you'll do   As a SeniorField Marketer, you will create, plan, and execute localized and 1:1/1:few marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth. You’ll plan and manage targeted events, campaigns, and strategic partnerships to engage key decision-makers in the industrial sector. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation, you’ll ensure alignment and maximize the impact of field marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Develop the United States regional marketing strategy along with our 1:1 and 1:few plans.

  • Develop and run ABM webinar, events, and other tactics for existing and potential clients, ensuring tailored content that aligns with their needs and drives engagement.

  • Lead the communication with sales to identify key accounts, plan regional activities, and provide field feedback to corporate campaigns.

  • Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to customize messaging and marketing assets for regional campaigns.

  • Analyze field marketing performance, leveraging insights to optimize future activations.

  • Build relationships with industry associations and organizers to secure sponsorships and speaking opportunities.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of field marketing activations.

  • Work closely with the Field Marketing Events team to ensure targeted event strategies and outreach.

  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B field marketing, campaign management, and ABM planning, preferably in industrial or technical industries.

  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense to ensure events are visually appealing and align with brand standards.

  • Quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to manage unexpected challenges and last-minute changes.

  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to support account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Willingness to travel for events and on-site activations.

  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, or related industrial technology.

  • Experience managing sponsorships, speaker engagements, and conference partnerships.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and data analytics platforms.

  • Ability to develop creative, experiential marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
