Working with the leading provider of integrated Intelligent/embedded software solutions, you will work with the some of the most talented engineers in the Automotive industry to draft technical solutions to challenging problems.

Your opportunity is to join as a key member of a highly talented and highly motivated field engineering team. You will be responsible for understanding our customers business and technical needs and to work with them in the capacity of technical evangelist and trusted advisor in crafting the next generation Intelligent systems.

You will be an integral part of the Field Engineering Organization in APAC and focus on Korea auto business. You will collaborate with Account Managers who act as a hunter role with a focus on net new logo acquisition. 

Responsibilities 

• As an experienced System Provider in a customer facing role, you will partner with the Solution team to guide your customer through their Digital Transformation journey. Responsibilities include understanding their technical needs, architecting technical solutions, and demonstrating them through product presentations, Discovery/Technical workshops, proof of concepts/values, and evaluations to win the technical sale.
• You will engage with customers in a consultative and business led approach striving to help them maximize their business transformation goals through aligning with Wind River’s Intelligent systems.
• You will focus on crafting ideal technical solutions and business strategy that is win-win for customers and Wind River.

• Familiarity with Safety and Security standards and the applicable safety standards for Industrial/Automotive (IEC 61508/ISO26262) will be a plus.
• Experience with certified software and certification processes will be a plus.
• Understanding of Classic/Adaptive Autosar will be a Plus.
• Software Define Vehicle knowledge and experience will be a plus, such as Autonomous Driving, ADAS, xCU, etc.
• Previous experience in the Automotive vertical (both OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers) is a strong plus.
• Experience with DevSecOps development methodologies including deep understanding of tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Docker etc.
• experience with Cloud Native technologies including Kubernetes, containers, microservices, etc

Qualifications 

• BSCS or BSEE is required
• 10+ embedded software experience, including demo hands-on capability
• Embedded software development and system architecture experience
• Embedded Linux or RTOS background covering deployment, image build, application and kernel development is preferred.
• Good English Communications
• Working experience with overseas departments or international software companies is a plus.
• Expect up to 30% domestic travel
• RTOS & Embedded Linux experience also desired
