  • Analyze and Report on Stock Health: Generate regular reports on key inventory metrics, such as stock accuracy, count performance, and potential stock-out risks, and provide insights to management to improve stock management efficiency.
  • Support Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with the planning and inventory teams by providing accurate inventory data to assist in demand forecasting and ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet sales targets.
  • Working Schedule & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Be available for work on Sales Campaign period to ensure continuous and efficient operations. Be prepared to take on additional ad-hoc duties and special projects as required to support the dynamic needs of the business.

  • Warehouse Layout and Organization: Practical experience in optimizing warehouse layout (slotting) to improve inventory accessibility, retrieval speed (pick path optimization), and overall space utilization.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams. Must be proactive in identifying and resolving inventory issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Physical Stamina and Flexibility: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving moderately heavy items, and flexibility to work extended hours or rotating shifts as dictated by high-volume periods (e.g., holiday sales, double digit sales) or operational needs.
