Senior Executive, Video Production

The Senior Executive, Video Production will be looking after crafting content including, editing and filming videos for the content of 10 Minute School. As a member of the Media team, the Senior Executive, Video Production will work closely with the Content Team, Marketing Team & Instructors to understand the content they want to share and to propose an angle that evokes something meaningful in each content.

Salary: 35k to 55K (Negotiable)
Probation: 3 months
Working Hours: 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation of concepts and content plans for reels, short ads & videos according to updated market trends.

• Shooting and editing course and promotional content according to marketing and content requirements. 

• Maintaining organized workflow and communication with the Content Team, Copywriter Team, Marketing Team, Instructors & QAC.

• Maintaining 10MS branding and excellence in our visual communications. 

• Previous 2 years of work experience in creating content as a Cinematographer and/or Editor.

• Comfortability working on high-performance projects with strict deadlines.

• Experience in Digital Content Creation with various organizations, influencers, and for themselves.

• Enjoys researching the background and creative process of various content.

• Has in-depth knowledge of the content creation process, from ideation to shooting & guiding the editor to execute the final content.

• Has problem-solving skills, a sense of humor, and a good dose of flexibility.

​​​​​Bonus points if the candidate:

• Has experience as a video editor and/or cinematographer or working in other audiovisual disciplines.

• Has experience in creating promotional or course module videos.

• Has good research skills.

• Has good organizational skills and a mindset to share their skills & ideas to empower other content creators in the team.
