Asa Senior Executive, Partnerships, you will support the acquisition, onboarding, and growth of FMCG brand partners in Malaysia. This role sits at the intersection of business development and account management, requiring strong commercial acumen, execution excellence, and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
You will work closely with internal teams including Operations, Brand, Business Strategy, and Finance to ensure every partnership is structured for long-term success and aligned with Ninja Mart’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities;
Business Acquisition & Growth
Identify, engage, and onboard new FMCG brand partners to expand Ninja Mart’s portfolio
Support end-to-end onboarding, including proposal development, commercial discussions, and contract finalization
Build strong, long-term relationships with brand principals to drive sustainable growth
Account & Relationship Management
Manage day-to-day coordination with existing partners to ensure performance and satisfaction
Address partner needs promptly and align internal teams to deliver consistent service quality
Track, monitor, and report on account performance against agreed targets
Commercial & Strategic Support
Assist in developing business proposals, pricing models, and partnership frameworks
Analyze brand, category, and channel performance to identify growth and margin opportunities
Support management in evaluating the commercial viability of new opportunities
Market Insights & Research
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and new business opportunities
Provide insights to guide brand acquisition, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market plans
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Brand, Business Strategy, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Facilitate clear communication across departments to resolve operational issues and improve partner outcomes
Requirements;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or Commercial roles
Background in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or related industries
Experience supporting pricing, negotiation, and trade term discussions
Strong experience preparing proposals, reports, and commercial analyses
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams
