As a dynamic and results-oriented Influencer Platform Development Senior Executive, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth, optimization, and commercial success of our influencer marketing platforms, AnyTag and AnyCreator. You will take ownership of advanced platform administration, developing high-impact influencer acquisition strategies, and leading data-driven initiatives to ensure optimal platform performance and maximize influencer engagement. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and emerging leadership skills.

What You'll Do

Strategic Platform Administration & Optimization:
- Lead the administration and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns on the AnyTag platform, focusing on enhancing utilization rates and campaign efficiency.
- Provide strategic consultation and best practices to internal teams and high-value clients regarding effective platform leverage.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Product/Tech team to scope, prioritize, and drive platform feature enhancements based on business needs and market trends.

High-Value Influencer Acquisition & Relations:
- Develop and execute advanced strategies to accelerate AnyCreator sign-ups, focusing on acquiring and retaining top-tier, high-value influencers/KOLs.
- Proactively manage and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key influencers, acting as a trusted advisor to address complex platform usage and commercial concerns.

Platform Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Establish, track, and deeply analyze key platform performance metrics (KPIs) such as influencer activation, feature adoption rates, and campaign efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive reports with strategic insights and actionable recommendations for senior management to drive data-informed platform and business decisions.

Branding and Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution for AnyCreator and AnyTag social media and branding channels to significantly increase brand trust, market awareness, and platform visibility.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional efforts with the Creative, PR, and Ad Operations teams to develop compelling marketing assets that support platform growth.

Team Development (Emerging):
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on platform operations, best practices for influencer outreach, and campaign setup.

Must Have

3+ years of experience working in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or platform management.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end influencer or digital marketing campaigns with measurable commercial results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with both influencers and internal technical teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement due to regional collaboration.
