Senior Executive - Creative, Brand Experience

TLDR

Deliver innovative and functional designs for various events while mentoring design teams and ensuring high-quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities : Deliver out-of-the-box creative concepts and functional design for on-ground activations across sporting and non-sporting events. Collaborate closely with internal business units to understand event requirements and communication objectives. Support and mentor agency design teams to ensure outputs align with event briefs and brand guidelines. Consistently maintain a high quality of creative output across all touchpoints. Design and conceptualize experiential giveaways, event mementos, and merchandise. Oversee the production process of giveaways, ensuring quality and timeliness. Stay updated on industry trends in design, experiential marketing, and spatial planning. Be flexible and proactive in taking on additional responsibilities beyond the defined role scope. Preferred Education and Experience : 4+ years of experience in a similar creative/design role preferred, ideally in events. Strong conceptualization and visualization abilities. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint. Working knowledge of 3D design tools such as 3Ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent for space/stall/experience design will be an added advantage. Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and spatial design. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
