About the role:

The Client Services Senior Executive will build, cultivate and manage relationships directly with the diverse group of amazing creators on the Whalar roster. Working with top-tier brands on flawless campaign executions will help you grow in your role and get first-hand experience with the overall creator economy while receiving exceptional training from our tenured Client Services team. You will act as the central resource that brings in the right expertise at the right time!

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Social Media: Operate with creators on multiple platforms to include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more (especially new, emerging platforms). 
  • Influencer Management: Source, negotiate, contract and manage creators across multiple campaign projects
  • Creative Briefing: Issue creator facing briefs and lead day-to-day communications for content development and launch in market and build strong relationships
  • Content Review & Quality Control: Work closely with the Campaign Manager to give feedback and approve on all creator content. Tasks include compliance checks for FTC protocol, IP, alignment with brief and more.
  • Campaign Performance: Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign management, data capture and wrap reports
  • Miscellaneous Team Support: Ensure campaigns and day-to-day operations run smooth and adhere to timelines to include all administrative tasks

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience in the general influencer landscape (1-3 years)
  • An affinity for social media, content creators and/or experience is a plus!
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • A creative & curious mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Be a team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and dive in

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 and serves as a general guideline for the potential compensation. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, location, and, ultimately, budget approvals.
