Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars
  • Coordinate client meetings, internal strategy calls, and campaign reviews.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing performance summaries.
  • Support project management across paid media, SEO, and creative teams.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign milestones.
  • Liaise with clients professionally and confidently when required.
  • Draft executive communications, proposals, and agency documentation.
  • Optimize internal systems and workflows (CRM, project management tools, dashboards).
  • Assist with hiring coordination and team onboarding processes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Virtual Assistant, or Operations Assistant.
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, performance marketing agency, or creative agency (required).
  • Strong understanding of marketing terminology (CPC, ROAS, CTR, funnels, lead generation, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/ClickUp/Monday.com, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience preparing executive reports and marketing dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
