The Senior Executive Assistant supports Eriez’ Board and Global Leadership Team by enabling executive operations, governance coordination, and People & Culture program execution.
This role works closely with the Chairman of the Board, CEO, and multiple corporate executives to support leadership workflows, prepare executive materials, contribute to program development and ensure alignment and follow-through on key initiatives. This position is a valued contributor to the Global HR team and holds functional responsibility for defined components of People & Culture initiatives.
