Are you passionate about creating exceptional event experiences in the cruise industry? We're looking for an experienced Senior Event Executive to join our vibrant Seatrade Cruise team and help deliver world-class events that connect industry professionals globally.

About This Opportunity

You'll work alongside our Senior Event Manager and collaborate with our talented team to ensure seamless delivery across our prestigious portfolio of cruise industry events. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and hands-on event execution.

  • Seatrade Cruise Global - April 2026, Miami Beach, USA
  • F&B@Sea - April 2026, Miami, USA
  • Seatrade Cruise Med - September 2026, Las Palmas, Spain
  • Seatrade Cruise Asia - November 2026, Location TBC

What You'll Do

Strategic Development & Event Excellence

  • Support the development of strategic event strategies and enhance our events' value proposition
  • Contribute to designing exceptional event experiences that align with objectives and exceed customer expectations
  • Build comprehensive industry knowledge through cultivating internal and external relationships

Sponsorship Management & Innovation

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of sponsorship packages, ensuring all elements meet the highest standards while supporting our sustainability commitments
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Contribute to developing innovative and sustainable sponsorship opportunities

Event Delivery & Customer Experience

  • Support the Senior Event Manager with delivery of event-related features and products
  • Continuously develop and improve the customer experience at our events
  • Maintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders and partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event alignment
  • Participate in regular team updates to stay informed of common queries, issues, and feedback
  • Assist with administrative activities including scheduling meetings and preparing reports and presentations

Industry Expertise & Growth

  • Develop deep understanding of the cruise market and industry trends
  • Employ the highest standards of practice to deliver optimum results consistently
  • Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • General admin and co-ordination experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills across all levels
  • Experience working with colleagues in multiple global regions
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with solution-focused mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel globally for events as required
  • Understanding of sustainable event practices
