Senior Enterprise Technology Manager

Lead a global enterprise technology department where your strategy and leadership directly shape how people, systems, and services perform across a growing international organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to operate at a strategic level while remaining close to operational delivery, enabling influence and execution oversight to evolve enterprise technology to support business growth. You will work with senior leaders, guide global teams, and drive initiatives spanning service excellence, security, and technology transformation. With exposure to M&A integration and AI-first automation approaches, the position is an ideal next step for a seasoned enterprise technology manager. 

This is a hybrid role requiring on site presence across our London and Woking offices, as well as home working. There may be occasional international travel required to our Luxembourg and India office locations.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Enterprise Technology Manager will include:

• Leading end-user support and back-office technology teams of approximately 20 FTE across the UK, India, and Luxembourg, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing enterprise services.
• Owning service delivery, security governance, and performance metrics across end-user systems, collaboration platforms, and internal business applications
• Defining and executing enterprise technology strategy and service roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth plans, ensuring ISO27001 compliance 
• Managing the enterprise technology budget while owning vendor relationships and associated service level agreements to optimise cost, performance, and overall value.
• Drive technology integration activities for acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational continuity.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary interface with senior leadership 

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Enterprise Technology Manager:

• You have experience leading global enterprise technology or IT operations functions, including distributed team leadership across multiple locations
• You bring a strong track record of delivering service excellence, security governance, and continuous improvement initiative across enterprise systems and services
• You have experience defining and executing technology strategies aligned to business outcomes, including integration of acquisitions or large-scale change initiatives
• You demonstrate strong financial acumen and vendor management capability, with the ability to navigate complex contract renewals 
• You are a strong communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and bring stakeholders on the enterprise journey
