This role focuses on selling Smartly’s platform to enterprise advertisers, helping them improve how they engage consumers across digital channels. You will work with leading brands and performance advertisers, building long-term relationships and delivering solutions that connect customer needs with measurable business outcomes. The role plays a direct part in growing Smartly’s presence in key markets and driving revenue performance.
Identify, cultivate, and close new enterprise business within India, targeting large advertisers across multiple verticals
Open and grow target markets and verticals, creating positive impact for clients while contributing to Smartly’s revenue growth
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level decision makers
Engage in full-cycle sales activities, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, meetings (in person and virtual), and participation in trade shows and conferences
Understand customer needs and KPIs, and connect their digital advertising strategy with Smartly’s product offering
Articulate Smartly’s value proposition clearly, create proposals, and lead negotiations through to signed contracts and closed deals
Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to support demonstrations, trials, conversions, and long-term customer retention
Maintain a disciplined and accurate sales pipeline to support reliable revenue forecasting
Strong sales and business development experience in B2B SaaS businesses or in agency or partner roles, ideally within digital marketing or paid social
Proven ability to build connections and engage a wide range of audiences, including senior and executive-level stakeholders
Comfort learning and communicating about a technical product, along with curiosity about the broader advertising ecosystem
Existing industry connections that can help open doors in growing verticals such as automotive, e-commerce, entertainment, gaming, retail, or travel
A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events in India, as well as company-led events in Singapore
