About the role

We are on a mission to contribute to a zero-waste future by drastically reducing food waste, fuel consumption, costs, and most importantly, CO₂ emissions in the airline industry. Every role in our company is a direct contributor to this vision, and as a Senior Enterprise SaaS Implementation Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the team that makes it possible.

You will report to our Head of Customer Success and Delivery and collaborate closely with implementation specialists, customer success, product managers, and sales. Together, you'll own the successful and profitable delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations for global airlines, ensuring on‑time go‑lives, commercial control, and strong customer alignment across complex integrations and operational change.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff to go‑live and handover.

  • Own project governance including plans, milestones, decisions, RAID logs, and executive reporting.

  • Manage project P&L including scope control, SOW ownership, commercial negotiations, and change requests.

  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to define, improve, and maintain delivery standards, processes, templates, and governance frameworks and ensure these are consistently adhered to across all projects.

  • Run customer workshops, alignment meetings, and steering committees.

  • Act as primary point of contact for customer project leadership across business, IT, and third-party stakeholders.

  • Drive cross‑functional execution with engineering, product, implementation specialists, customer success, and other PMs.

  • Identify risks early, drive mitigation, and ensure predictable and high‑quality delivery outcomes.

  • Ensure complex integrations and data migrations stay on track through strong stakeholder coordination.

  • Maintain strong alignment with customer success, sales, and product on commercial and customer‑facing decisions.

Key competencies

  • 7+ years of proven leadership of enterprise SaaS implementations with integrations and data migrations.

  • Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on SOW ownership and change‑request negotiation experience.

  • Excellent stakeholder management across senior customer and internal audiences.

  • High technical fluency in SaaS architectures, APIs, data flows, and enterprise environments (non‑hands‑on).

  • Structured, decisive, and able to create clarity in complex and ambiguous situations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive decisions.

  • Ability to navigate operationally complex environments and deep process change.

  • High accountability, reliability, and ownership mindset.

  • Comfortable operating independently and working directly with the leadership team.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in aviation, airline operations, catering, logistics, or other regulated operational domains.

  • Background in large-scale data migration programs.

  • Experience running multi‑country or multi‑department enterprise SaaS rollouts.

  • Change‑management experience in operationally complex environments.

  • Familiarity with mission‑critical systems or ERP‑style platforms.

Language

Minimum English level C2, German and French are a plus.

Expected travel needs

Willingness to travel multiple months per year, sometimes for weeks at a time including 2 annual one-week team events.
