Huawei Enterprise Team is looking for sales oriented Senior Account Managers who want to create success story in the part of growing Huawei`s ICT Business.
Responsibility
- Be responsible for strategic/major customers and sales activities including relation management, providing tender documents, preparing price quotations and optimizing solutions for competitive commercial proposals.
- Understands the customer's industry and develops a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with Huawei`s enterprise product and service portfolio
- Support preparation of proposal and competition analysis
- Identify business risk and minimize them
- Get the customers to trust Huawei and recognize value of Huawei's solutions and take real actions for support; guide business directions and help expand the cooperation scope; guide project operation, successfully affect decision makers and facilitate favorable
- Establish and improve customer relationships at the corresponding levels, build extensive customer/key decision-maker/organization relationships, gain trust and support, and affect decision-making.
Requirements
Prof Knowledge
- Should have experience of the Energy sector
- Should have experience in partner ecosystem.
- Understand the ICT trends, industry and Huawei's solutions.
- Experience with Routing & Switching (IP), WAN, Storage(IT), Intelligent Computing and AI Technologies is plus
Business Skills
- Be good at personal relationships and communications and customer relation management
- Analyze the market and define the target enterprise customers
- Develop new accounts through the cooperation with existing customer teams
- Willing to visit and travel frequently key customers.
- Strong sales & solution experience in ICT industry
